In the first instance, support should be requested via the Tier-1 Helpdesk (e-mail:lcg-support@gridpp.rl.ac.uk).
If you wish to track the issue via the Grid-wide support infrastructure, GGUS (https://gus.fzk.de), this is also acceptable, but be aware that there may be a lag associated with routing the ticket to the Tier-1 Helpdesk; to expedite this, ensure that you choose RAL-LCG2 as the affected site.
