Role of Deputy Project Leader

The role of the Deputy Project Leader is to:

1. assist and share the duties of the Project Leader;

2. sit on the Project Management Board;

3. report on the UK's involvement with the SA1 Infrastructure activity in EGEE, in particular on the GridPP-funded components;

4. report to the Project Manager on matters concerned with the deliverables and milestones associated with the Infrastructure items on the GridPP Project Map;

5. report to the PMB on the development of the combined UK TierA and Tier1 Centre at RAL;

6. represent the UK on the LCG Grid Deployment Board;

7. act as liaison between GridPP and the UK Core e-Science programme.
